HaXe Port of CASA Lib

Andy Li found CASA Lib so helpful when writing ActionScript that he took on the task of porting it to HaXe. HaXe is a single programming language that compiles to multiple platforms such as ActionScript, JavaScript, PHP and C++. Great work Andy; we’re honored.

CASA Framework Renamed

CASA Framework has been renamed to CASA Lib. We feel that the new name better reflects the content of the code base.

It also saves on typing!
